Josephine Delgiglio

Costume Designer, fashion professional, and entrepreneur whose life journey spans three countries and a lifetime of resilience, creativity, and service to others.

Born in Jamaica, raised in England, and educated in Canada, Josephine (Josie) brings a unique global perspective to her work and her life. Her experiences across different cultures have shaped her appreciation for diversity, storytelling, and the importance of helping people feel confident in who they are.

With a degree in Fashion Design and Clothing Technology and more than 15 years of experience in the film and television industry, Josie has built a reputation for creativity, craftsmanship, and collaboration. As a member of IATSE Local 891, she has worked in numerous costume department roles, including Costume Designer, Assistant Costume Designer, Set Supervisor, Costume Coordinator, Costume Breakdown Artist, and Dresser.

At the heart of everything Josie does is a simple belief: when people look good, they feel good, and when they feel good, they have the confidence to succeed. Whether designing costumes that bring characters to life on screen or creating adaptive clothing that helps individuals maintain dignity and independence, her goal is always the same—to make people look their best and feel their best.

Josie's passion extends beyond clothing. She believes in the power of storytelling, community, kindness, and lifelong learning. Her personal journey has taught her that challenges can become strengths and that every person deserves to be seen, valued, and empowered. Today, she continues to combine creativity, compassion, and practical expertise in every project she undertakes, helping tell meaningful stories while making a positive difference in the lives of
